I am a quantum physicist with 2 decades of experience in cooling, filtering and operating nanoscale devices holding the world record on low eletron temperature
I am Swiss, studied particle physics at ETH Zürich followed by a PhD in solid state physics in the research group of Dominik Zumbühl at the University of Basel. During my PhD, Postdoc and subsequent years I have been working on nanofabricated devices pushing the limits on low electron temperature, microwave shielding and low noise environment to obtain the ideal environment for sensitive cutting edge quantum technologies.
