This session brings together international leaders and policymakers to offer a comparative look at how different regions are approaching quantum development, from infrastructure and funding models to education, ethics, and societal impact.

What does a national quantum strategy look like in practice? How do countries coordinate research, industry, and public policy? And where are the opportunities for global cooperation?

Through short presentations and a moderated discussion, this session will offer a window into the global quantum landscape and identify pathways for collaborations.
