Partnering Opportunity: Quantum Light Ltd – Quantum Node Transceiver
About
Quantum Light Ltd – Partnering Opportunity in Switzerland
Quantum Light Ltd, a subsidiary of Helios Energia Ltd (UK), is pioneering next-generation quantum communication systems through its European Patent Application on the Quantum Node Transceiver. This invention leverages solid-state quantum crystals and integrated photonic circuits to deliver noise-resistant, room-temperature entanglement for fibre optic and free-space networks. Unlike many competing systems, our platform requires no cryogenic cooling, making it uniquely suited for real-world deployment at scale.
The Quantum Node is designed as a rack-mount, modular appliance, integrating seamlessly with existing fibre optic infrastructure. It provides stable quantum key distribution (QKD) and forms the backbone for secure communications across government, finance, and telecom sectors. Fabrication and packaging are secured through XIVER MEMS in Eindhoven, ensuring a six-month pilot deployment timeline.
We now seek strategic Swiss partners in telecom, defence, and photonics research to collaborate on pilot projects, co-develop applications, and explore licensing opportunities. Commercial pathways include direct sale to critical operators, hire/equipment-as-a-service for academic and research centres, and licensing to OEMs for mass-market integration.
This is a unique chance to join a scalable, IP-protected, quantum-secure communications programme, aligning with Switzerland’s leadership in quantum science and Europe’s push for infrastructure resilience.
